Who I am ?

My love for health and fitness started when I was young. After 11 years of Corporate life, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. I'm Hima, Certified Weight-loss Coach (Accredited by IAOTH, NASM), a Classical Dancer (Bharatanatyam) and above all, A mom of Three Boys (14yrs,10yrs & 6Month Old). 
My Search for a Diet cum Fitness coach for Women who has handled Postpartum fitness came to an end with a realization that it was easier to be One. I shifted my focus to acquiring the real world experience, certifications and qualifications in fitness and healing therapies (Chakra Healer).
Hence emerged SheHulks. My Weight loss journey was from 84 kg to 53 Kg. As a Mom who has undergone THREE C sections, it was easier to relate to Backache’s, Knee pain, and other health issues that women go through at various stages of life. I decided to reverse the Stereotype that WOMEN DOESN’T SUPPORT OTHER WOMEN, through my Diet and Fitness Programs. Why not Be the kind of Woman who makes other Woman want to up their Game?
